Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our programs run live in small cohorts, so your seat is reserved the moment you pay. Please read this policy before you enrol.

Before your cohort starts

If you ask within 7 days of payment and before your cohort's first live session, we will refund your fee in full, minus the payment gateway charge, which is non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@paygely.in or call +91 79033 41142 (Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm IST) with your order number (for example CC-000123), the email you used, and your payment reference. We respond within 2 working days.

After your cohort starts

Because enrolment reserves a live cohort seat and sessions are delivered in real time, enrolments become non-refundable once the first live session of your cohort has taken place. This covers:

  • changing your mind after the cohort has started,
  • missing sessions, not attending, or not completing the program, or
  • not achieving a specific personal outcome.

When we will fix it or refund you in full

  • Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same enrolment.
  • Payment taken but no enrolment: your payment succeeded but we did not confirm your seat and we cannot confirm it within 3 working days of you contacting us.
  • Program not as described: the program is materially different from what its page describes, or we cancel it for reasons on our side before it starts.

If your bank or UPI app shows a debit but your order was not confirmed, the payment usually reverses automatically within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't, contact us with the transaction reference.

How to raise a request

email support@paygely.in or call +91 79033 41142 (Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm IST) with your order number, the email you used, and your payment reference. We respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a chargeback is raised, access to the cohort is suspended while it is reviewed.
