No physical shipping
All programs on this website are digital live cohorts delivered on Zoom. There are no physical goods, shipping charges or delivery addresses involved.
How your cohort details are delivered
As soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, Cashfree, we send the following to the email and mobile number you used at checkout:
- a confirmation of enrolment and receipt,
- the Zoom link and schedule for your cohort's live sessions, and
- a link to join the cohort WhatsApp group for doubt-support between sessions.
This typically happens within a few seconds and in rare cases within a few minutes. Please make sure you enter an email address and mobile number you can access — this is how we reach you.
How to see your enrolment
Go to My account and sign in to see the programs you're enrolled in and a reminder of the cohort start date.
If you don't receive your details
If your payment succeeded but you haven't received the Zoom link within 24 hours, email support@paygely.in or call +91 79033 41142 (Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm IST) with your order number and payment reference, and we'll sort it out.
